What do you do?
As a Client Partner at Big Valley Marketing, I have the honor of working alongside my clients, helping them strategically tell their story in a way that resonates with their audience and moves their business forward. Each of my clients has a meaningful mission to make a difference in the world by applying technology to healthcare – which is no small feat. I work with our clients to analyze what’s happening in the market, discuss their current business, and then how we can bring their important story to light in a relevant way so that it lands with their audience.
Why Big Valley Marketing?
I feel so grateful that my career path led me to Big Valley Marketing. I’ve worked at social media SaaS startups, mid-market healthcare technology, as well as huge, corporate technology companies. I’ve been the coordinator on marketing teams, and I’ve been the VP of marketing teams. Big Valley is the perfect blend for me – a smaller, close-knit team that works together at high levels of collaboration around a single mission – to elevate our clients and help them in their mission. It feels serendipitous that I get to use all my past experience – marketing, tech and SaaS, healthcare, and start up life – in one role at an amazing company. And, as a mama to two amazing little girls, working remote and with flexibility is so important for me to have a career and be the present parent.
What’s one thing fun or surprising/unexpected about you?
One thing about me is that I am a multi-passionate person, and if I go in on something…I’m all in. Society tells us to pick one thing in college, and that’s going to be your career/life. But, my parents encouraged me to explore what brings me joy! This has led to so many amazing facets of my life like living in Spain and traveling the world, running a blog, running marathons, becoming a health and fitness coach, reading an unhealthy number of personal development books, building two houses (I love the process) and…becoming a Disney parent with my husband, Tim. If you need Disney World inside info, I’m your gal.
