Harvard professor and leadership guru John Kotter once said, “Those in leadership positions who do not grasp or use the power of stories risk failure for their companies and for themselves.” The mission of Big Valley’s Story + Content practice is to remove that risk. We help clients craft and tell powerful and authentic stories that drive meaningful commercial connections. We are a team of veteran marketing professionals, tech journalists, writers, designers, video producers and other creative types who are skilled interviewers and expert storytellers in multiple mediums.

What’s one thing fun or surprising/unexpected about you?
During Covid, I treated myself to a beautiful new Gibson Hummingbird guitar and got serious about improving my playing ability. I’m not quite ready for Carnegie Hall, but I’ve had a great time learning some basic music theory and a batch of new songs.

When I started Big Valley 10 years ago, we had ambition but
