What do you do at Big Valley Marketing?
As a Presentation Designer at Big Valley Marketing, I create clean, engaging, and on-brand presentations that clearly communicate ideas and elevate storytelling for both internal and external audiences. I translate stakeholder input, strategy documents, and complex data into polished visual narratives that are easy to understand and aligned with business objectives.
My work includes developing scalable templates, style guides, and reusable assets that reinforce brand standards and streamline production. I structure content with intentional hierarchy and create custom visuals and data-driven graphics that make complex ideas accessible. I also elevate existing presentations—sharpening narrative flow, improving clarity, and enhancing visual cohesion—while maintaining rigorous standards of accuracy and quality.
Why Big Valley Marketing?
Big Valley’s people-first culture and commitment to meaningful impact strongly resonate with me. I am intentional about joining organizations that invest in their talent, foster genuine collaboration, and uphold high standards of excellence. I’m especially drawn to teams that recognize strong performance and social responsibility can coexist—and, in fact, reinforce one another. Big Valley’s participation in Pledge 1% reflects a values-driven mindset woven into the company’s DNA, demonstrating that purpose and performance are not competing priorities. That balance is something I deeply respect and am excited to contribute to.
Beyond culture, I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a team that values strategic thinking and thoughtful design. Big Valley’s approach aligns with how I work: collaborative, intentional, and focused on delivering measurable value for clients.
What’s one thing fun or surprising/unexpected about you?
I love dogs so much that I started dog sitting through Rover just to spend more time with them—and to find my Frenchie, Butters, more friends 😊
I also combine my obsession with presentation design with my love for Butters by creating an annual “Butters: Year in Review” presentation for my family. It includes milestones, fun highlights, and (of course) far too many photos. It’s equal parts heartfelt, cuteness overload, and arguably over-designed—because even Butters deserves a strong visual narrative arc!
