What do you do at Big Valley Marketing?
As the Practice Leader for Marketing Strategy at Big Valley, I lead our efforts to help clients take a step back from the noise and focus on what really moves the needle. I work closely with CMOs and marketing leaders to develop data-informed, insight-rich strategies that align with business priorities and drive long-term growth. That includes everything from sharpening their audience focus and uncovering new competitive advantages to building integrated campaigns and customer marketing strategies that truly resonate.

I’m incredibly grateful to have found a place like Big Valley. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in scrappy startups, mid-size healthcare tech firms, and large global enterprises. I’ve sat in almost every seat on a marketing team—from the coordinator doing all the things to the VP leading the strategy. Big Valley brings together the best of all of those worlds: a high-performing, collaborative team that’s deeply invested in client success. Here, I get to bring together all my experience—marketing, SaaS, healthcare, storytelling, leadership—and apply it in meaningful ways every day. And as a mom to two amazing girls, I deeply value the flexibility and support that allows me to be both ambitious in my work and present at home.
What’s one thing fun or surprising/unexpected about you?
I’m a proud multi-passionate! If something sparks my curiosity, I dive in headfirst. That’s led me to live in Spain, run marathons, start a blog, start a health + mindset coach side hustle, build houses, and yes—become a full-on Disney adult. My husband Tim and I have mastered the art of the magical (and efficient) Disney World trip. I believe our passions make us better professionals and leaders—and I bring that same energy and curiosity into my work every day.
