She has a successful track record in implementing the full scope of communications programs for companies across a range of sizes and scenarios – emerging markets, high growth, reinvention, and fierce competition – including several startups and leadership brands, such as Qualcomm, Cisco, Juniper Networks, Honeywell, Verisign, Motorola Solutions, Microsoft and HP, helping them develop strategic communications programs that drive engagement, increase sales and improve reputation. Marianna’s areas of expertise include strategic communications, content strategy and key message development, media/analyst relations, crisis communications, and influencer engagement. She has developed fully integrated campaigns that drive customer engagement and brand preference through earned, owned, social and paid media programs that reach key audiences. Marianna is also a Certified Industry Analyst Relations professional by the Knowledge Capital Group and has created strategic AR plans, successfully moving the needle for clients in competitive reports and market ratings. Marianna most recently served as vice president at Weber Shandwick and has also worked at Horn Group (now part of Finn Partners) and Edelman. Before venturing into tech communications, Marianna held various marketing communications positions for the consumer packaged goods industry, working for The Coca Cola Company in Greece.
